Widening or build extra excess is extremely expensive , of course IOI will only commit when they can use it as bargaining chip with mpsj to approve their other building plans. If they commit too early, mpsj might ask for other things as pre conditions. IOI also know how to play their game.

2 lelong units sold yesterday. Both units attracted bidders fight. 990sqft reserve price 459K. 3 bidders fight. Sold at 523K. 1216sqft reserve price 498.6K. 9 bidders fight. Sold at 615K. Good catch? Plus need to do double transfer here.

But the owners..... Probably cannot say the same.... May not related to this property, from my observation most auctions in newly VP properties are those with high cashback. Coupled with loan compression, it can be a double edge sword.
