Since rio city and le pavillion are ongoing projects, i only assume ioi has their plans to enhance the roads. Because diverting huge traffic is a win win to them , authority and to buyers. Buyers are smart to see this area needs traffic diversion. Problem is Ioi has not publisized its plan or perhaps they may not want to commit. I bought one of their projects, like some other developers, they dont honor promises sometimes unless it is stipulated in the SPA.

Widening or build extra excess is extremely expensive , of course IOI will only commit when they can use it as bargaining chip with mpsj to approve their other building plans. If they commit too early, mpsj might ask for other things as pre conditions. IOI also know how to play their game.

not so straight forward. one of the good example is the interchange at setia walk
taking ages to resolve the issue between two authority
puchong is under selangor and highway is under FT...

For the purpose of discussion, what do you guys think the right way to improve the traffic at bandar puteri ? What needs to be built ?

Both units attracted bidders fight.


990sqft reserve price 459K. 3 bidders fight. Sold at 523K.
1216sqft reserve price 498.6K. 9 bidders fight. Sold at 615K.

Nothing wrong with product and location.... But the owners..... Probably cannot say the same....

May not related to this property, from my observation most auctions in newly VP properties are those with high cashback. Coupled with loan compression, it can be a double edge sword.
