Dropped by IOI Galleria today. Official launch is next Saturday (will serve food.. hehe)

they increased the price. IOI really daring.

for this location beside the cube from 620 to 650psf FREEHOLD
i think is quite ok no? Location wise.. just accross street got McD and Starbucks
and also near to Medical Center

the abs entry price is as low as from 650k
I quite like their 2+1 room w 2ensuite toilte despite 983sf

and RIO CITY phase 1 and 2 already in plan. The mall is just right opposite.
RIO city earth work also already started.

2 LRT stations within 1.5km drive

Other than the traffic jam. .. what are the -ve points you guys can find?

and best of best so many rebate and 10% direct off

Agree with you. But ppl who like/love it gotta b like/love bandar puteri puchong first.

And got 3 lrt station, tesco, ioi mall and tractor.

At this market with 40-45% booked in one month i guess it's not too bad already. Ioi's project always slow selling though.

But i just dont understand why they increase the price. Chinaman?

i think the price WAS OK (initially) as my friend asked fr my take on it.. finding a tenant at 3k is gona be tough for a fake pavilion OOPS tongue.gif & puchong rental market (2.2k FF doable for smallest unit)

i nt vry sure with puchong market but we cn see how demand is after lrt operational as nothing else in the next 3 yrs is worth waiting for..

And i rio city mall will underperform as puchong crowd will be shopping in pavi bj mall!!
