This problem not only happened in Sg Long but in Balakong and KL area too.

Yup BMC not affected, not every time so unlucky for BMC which already headache for traffic jam and rock blasting

can't accept that kind of excuse...we pay them every month, in the end they tell us water pressure low, shouldn't we ask them to refund the moneyto compensate our loss???

Last water disruption in BMC is Chinese New Year. Really beh tahan that time.

Last year, my area BSL and Seri Sg Long affected. 2 weeks without water at all. Other areas like SL4 not affected.

This time is the other way round. SL4 is getting the supply from Semenyih plant if not mistaken while ours is from Cheras plant.

Think of adding another water tank but my house got no place to put it.

I think this is the same excuse "water pressure low, not enough treated water" when Semenyih complaint about the water issue as well..

As a matter of fact of fact, almost exactly the same pattern occur as well, some area in Semenyih no problem at all, some area are severely affected...

It is fishy. We are not in a dry season and yet they are giving excuses like not enough water, pressure low etc.

I smell mismanagement or politics.

Paiseh, this is Selangor state government that pay on my behalf to Syabas. Anyway Langat 2 need to be build ASAP.

sure both side want to build, just award to which family of contractors is the issue

usually the water came around 2am and stop around 11am if not mistaken. Can't be too sure about the timing. We still got water supply half a day but still causing inconveniences to us especially we got small kid at home.

do u have any contractor that you can refer? I want to install additional tank in my house too!

WOW! I am shock seeing such a big quarry! They have license to bomb at the quarry until 2021

Noted some complaints on Hong Soon why building the apartment next to the quarry. I just wondering is Hong Soon forced them to buy or signed the SPA?

Yup caveat emptor, buyer should have done sufficient due diligent/study before signing the dotted line, anyway 500m is the buffer zone allowed under the law.

Wonder why authority did not take action against the illegal operation in 2 out of 3 plot of land.

My goodness, SYABAS really suck...total units affected 275,33 units (252,890 units in KL area)


文告指出，有关情况从本月18日开始，已持续一段时间，首当其衝的是吉隆坡区，共55个住宅区受影响，估计水供户头共有5万578个（约25万2890单位）。除此之外，在乌鲁冷岳的21个住宅区，受影响水供户头共1万8538个（约2万2443单位）。


Water wastage because of pipe leaking/burst (non revenue water) amounted to 32.2% of water supply, really inefficient.
雪州水供公司资料显示，今年首4个月共有4万1471宗水管爆裂投诉，其中3万6713宗在雪州，4758宗在吉隆坡，首3个月的无效益水依然高达32.2%！
