our community here is very active, very good in giving pressure to the authority... good job...haha

they didn't do their homework, just gave some baseless statement and claimed it as report by specialist.

they said the jam is caused by:
1. MRT project
2. 20% increase of cars from sg long

the first one had been proven wrong when the traffic light was down few weeks ago

the second one says increasing car from sg long,....
did they have any data before and after? 
when they took the data
and where they took it
how did they know the cars were come from sg long? unless they count it at the junction at sg long to BMC

i think most of us can agree that the jam turned worse starting early of 2015 after the mahkota residence/ suria residence/ suria court project completed almost at the same time last year (suria court is earlier) and now the Mahkota Garden    i residence will completed soon

It seems that Mpkj want to extend Jln Sg Long into 3 lanes upto bus stop after left turn from commercial area.

To solve the traffic issue, expanding road alone not enough.

IMHO the authority should make the existing exit (from Silk from Semenyih direction) become entrance to Silk toward KL direction, no more traffic light beneath Silk required anymore, interim make Cheras Selatan u-turn as entry into Sg Long/BMC.

In the long run, build another exit at Silk opposite Honda show room/service centre for those want to go in Sg Long/BMC and make all new project developers in both townships contribute for the construction of new entry from Silk. But will the authority willing to consider this proposal or not.

So serious? I thought only low water pressure at night time, now it seem no water at all?

feel sorry for them, after last year disaster, the same problem repeated again this year...

Just now makan near UTAR also the kedai owner says water supply has been cut for the past 5 days. 

8:30am jam started towards sg long  shops
10am jam worst cars going out jam till club house due to traffic light at utar shell ?

the rapid kl bus create jam from club to utar then traffic lights until saga. was stuck for 30 mins.
