I met their sales agent at property fair before, they say launching soon, asked me to filled up the form, launching soon means some people might have bought 1 step before hand as usual kekeke

What I mean this is Bandaraya Development Bhd's project, not much information available apart from the sign board at site, I remember I did post the photo in Nov 2014 at Version 1 thread.

Yup every where also UTAR students as if the whole Sg Long is UTAR campus, no wonder they named it UTAR Sungai Long City Campus 

Hehe I have to admit I visit BMC commercial area more than Sg Long as such not much affected.

i feel nothing because normally i eat and shit at mahkota....haha

BMC used to have one store char kuey tiao but the hawker move elsewhere no more nice char kuey tiao. Night time, if you want nice noodle ones, got one corner hawker very nice I would recommend.
BMC pasar malam is usually on saturday.

I've jump ship from unify to maxis, cheaper with 10mb dl. I feel that maxis cap the speed to 5mb dl after certain quota.

Maxis belakang bikin kerja one, no notification.

No planning 1 la. With influx of students, water supply cannot meet. Later electricity also cannot meet coz 1 student too many gadgets + computerss.

Water shortage nothing to do with UTAR, this is Syabas problem.

Water issues happen in Semenyih as well, especially desa kenanga and bukit semenyih area, now even Sungai Long also affected?

Water in Selangor becomes a politic issue already, till the stage throwing pail to the MB office..

So serious? I thought only low water pressure at night time, now it seem no water at all?

Last year, my area BSL and Seri Sg Long affected. 2 weeks without water at all. Other areas like SL4 not affected.

This time is the other way round. SL4 is getting the supply from Semenyih plant if not mistaken while ours is from Cheras plant.

Think of adding another water tank but my house got no place to put it.

The quarry company exist long before BMC & Sg Long is developed, according to report it is almost 50 years!

According to Syabas only SL6 to SL8 affected but SL2, SL4 & Bukit Sg Long also experience either low pressure/water cut off, if these area affected its surrounding such as Sejati, Ascara,Wira Heighs, Admiral Park,Capa Residence should be affected too. Anyone can confirm?

Understand that even SL9, SL10 & SL11 commercial area also has water disruption.Syabas press release really an under statement.
