u turn bridge is anywhere....in example u turn at silk balakong, u turn at jalan besar puchong...no problem, how come this one suddenly become danger.....u know I know la

Actually Silk can build it and put a new toll ... But since there is already a tunnel at twin palm, Silk would reluctant to do it now...

Bridge yes, but u turn right on the highway?

its not fair to ask SG long and BMC folks to pay the toll because now we are already the user of the highway and no need to pay , the u turn is funded by gov and not silk.....unless the u turn is linked to twin palm and suddenly their resident can pass it for free...then it would become unfair to silk.

I remember the u-turn is just in front of toll plaza towards KL/Sg Long direction.

among all of the 5 solutions to BMC, I don't see any of those 5 would workproperly without causing much after-effect.

yes....at silk highway from Aeon to mines, if you want to u turn, there is a u turn bridge near the amerin one mall

Mine also Mukim of Cheras, Tempat Sungai Sekamat, District of Hulu Langat, State of Selangor.

Why Tiwn palm people no need to pay the toll become unfair to SILK?

doubt SHL will maintain well if they built the lake.

Lol, the maintenance issue only arise if the golf club really turn into central park + bungalow + commercial centres, but I doubt it will materialise in 5 years time. If it really converted, may be the owners near by there pay certain amount of maintenance fee to SHL and together with MPKJ to maintain it. Let wait and see how MPKJ and Tropicana maintain their central park at Tropicana Heights.

Now that u mention it, it's damn true. That traffic light is training more and more ppl to be scums daily. I am referring to those that go in the shop lots lanes and make an illegal u turn counter traffic.

May be to beautify our Palmwalk retention pond more practical , put a fountain, build walk path provided MPKJ consent for the committee to act.

golf club maintenance of course good, still funding by the golf club member...

imagine if the central park handover to MPKJ, and normally SHL will just wash hand once handover to local authority..

depend on MPKJ, MPKJ cant even fix the always malfunction road lamps at sg road...you want them to main the park and the lake...

no difficult to beautify a lake....just plant some nice flowers surrounding the lake then it will eventually looks good already...

After beautify the lake, Palmwalk will be the only phase in Sg Long that own both linear garden and private lake , property value will increase more

Yes, no bridge, just an opening between the barrier for U-turn...
