post code for Damai Perdana and a few taman surrounding the area is indeed 56000, due to historically there was only 1 access road to these areas from KL.

Yup I know Taman Bukit Angsana, Taman Minang, Taman Sri Bahagia, Taman Suria Jaya etc even though located in Selangor but still follow 56000 KL postcode, it seem that post office coding is based on the post code of the nearest post office available.

For BMC address, 43200 Batu 9 Cheras according to IC.

I put 43200 postman go n cross it out and write 43000.

that's only for my IC which i done it few years back at Jalan Reko Government Office.

But for mailing like telephone bill, cellular bill, 43200 Cheras is acceptable by postman.

My preference is Wira Height 1.... Phase 2 not my cup of tea. Some of the houses have staircase in front of main door.

is there any way to pressure selangor govt to stop new projects in sg long unless the dev makes a contribution to improving the infrastructure, like providing internal sg long shuttle bas or paying off the greedy silk to open a uturn for bkt sg long, or somehow widening the access road to saga highway to 3 lanes? anyone who has access to the govt's ears?

The workmanship is comparable with SHL products. The worst part is the houses are build on slope and Ph3 site is right opposite of Ph2 access. Ph 1 is better as it is built on flat land and close to guard house. Occupancy rate of Ph2 is very low. Mostly unoccupied.

I have not seen end products from KH. But Wira Height Ph2 is selling at high price.

Taming workmanship not bad. And they give good material for Taming Indah 2. Same material they used for Mutiara Indah.

Nope, I've stress this regarding the over-developed SGL and BMC district. Last time it is quite clear the bad traffic right outside Taman Rakan 2 years ago.

RM1.5m for SHL quality forget about it.
