geographically, sg long is at cheras, there is no doubt...not really close to kajang...

not sure why the postcode address is under kajang...

Almost all the earlier houses are build around the Golf Course which has been open in 1995, that mean the township take shape more than 20 years already.

Sometime, I wish one day this golf club be converted into housing area with big central park similar with Tropicana Heights.

That's mean the average speed is about 20km/h, not too bad..

As comparison, currently from Lekas Semenyih till Batu 11, it's around 15 minutes for 15 km, average speed is 60km/h...

are you sure you still want to built more houses in sg long? it's already very congested...

i rather the golf club remain as it is right now, staying nearby golf club actually not bad, sound more "high class"

if this golf club really convert to residential one day, with typical SHL style, they won;t be a huge cnetal park for public use, they will built the houses and the condos....create more traffic jam in sg long.

if want to convert, the whole golf club should convert it to become a public park, with a nice lake inside, no any residential or commercial.....but impossible la, no profit for SHL....

Yeah, you are correct, I project Lekas one day will be jammed up as well.. But when Lekas is already jammed up, means Semenyih area is already developed..

Seri pajam township is still fairly small for the time being, when Semenyih is already developed, it will be their time to boom..

Low density bungalow with some commercial activity + big size central park should be alright, something like the lake at BTHO

I think SPA and geran tanah is legal biding document, if it says it's mukim cheras, that's mean it is mukim cheras..

Can't compare lah, one is highway another just normal road with many humps and traffic lights

If the golf club converted to residential, sure many will protest.
Hao residence, SL3, SL8 and Taming Indah 2, their valuable greenery view disappear and it worst if facing direct to high condo.
