May I know how long does it take Dell to ship out the monitor after payment is done?

I got mine in 4 days after payment had been made. Paid on 24/07, and got it delivered on 28/07.

Got myself the AW3423DWF last month and just after a week of usage the monitor has a vertical line that appears intermittently.

Contacted Dell and they can only replace it with a refurbished unit. I insisted on a brand new unit but they don't have it. What a bad experience   What other options do I have?

just to let u know... all brands part replacement are refurbished... check any brand warranty policy.. none mention will replace with new parts

Few month ago i send acer nitro monitor fo warranty, i get back new set monitor, is 2 stuck pixel
Replacement monitor manufactured date is 2 month from date i collect

check the warranty clause.. did it mention confirm new part??

I no read fine print, read on job sheet or what?
I get back ori box, box seal is not double, ori seal, box show manufature date march 2023, i send warranty may 2023

The Dell is 10hz lower and no smart TV function. That it.
Dell also using same QD-OLED panel from Samsung.

Thank you so much sifu. I don't see it as deal breaker for 10hz lower. The Smart TV function is a gimmick in my opinion
