I have 2 x 27" dell uhd 1440p monitor. If I change to one wide-screen moni8, will I see the benefits? Aside from no bezel in the centre. I use the different monitors to snap windows into place

Oh wow, this IKBC keyboard looks good, fit my use case exactly. I am surprise I never heard of it until now. I was hoping it can be charge via the USB-C cable, but I guess AAA batteries works too. Going to start the research rabbit hole again, thanks for the recommendation.
I don't see a TKL keyboard from Drevo? I only saw the 71 keys Calibur, am hoping a more conventional TKL keyboard

Couple questions. (I looked through YouTube / google and this thread. not all answers my question)

1) 34in curve vs non-curve
--> Feedback?Just how significant is the impact of the curve? Head turn left / right to see the windows placed on the extreme right/left of the monitor? eg: YouTube video (lesson) extreme left and following it w a window right in front.

2) 34in vs 49in
--> 49in looks so yummy. (I am looking at the Acer 49in. Resolution is not too great tho at 3xxx * 1080

Need feedback. I use 2x27" dell UHD monitors at work + 24" 1090p monitor if needed. Now, since this MCO, I've been told that I cannot go to the office. Only when necessary.

Tak tahan buat kerja on 13" laptop Asus and a new dell g3. What is the cheapest option of replicating this setup. I just need a a computer to drive the monitors. My work pc has gtx 770 and 780. I need equivalent performance. I just got a dell g3 laptop which I can hook it up. It comes with a gtx 1650.

I am not sure if I should invest in a uhd monitor or not. I have a spare 24" monitor at home. I guess I can make do with that for dual screen setup.

both sub RM2K monitors.

wanna use for gaming (even though i doubt RX580 can push past 100 fps at all time while playing gta v at mid to high settings)

why would you buy LG instead of Acer?

it looks like Acer one is better on specs sheet. 1440p, 1 ms response time (non hack-ish one like LG), support gsync, support hdr10, so many ports (2 hdmi, 2 DP, audio out, USB 3.0 x2), got built in speakers, and most importantly about RM150 cheaper than LG one.

it looks like i kinda answered my own question though.. lol

but still i would like to know why anyone would choose LG over Acer? (that specific models that im comparing okay, not the general brand)

hello any recommendations for 1440p UltraWide 144Hz IPS panel? i am eyeing on the Acer XV340CKP solely for the price, and i guess this is the only cheaper model money can buy. i intend to use it on my yet to build gaming pc with intended RTX2080 GPU. I saw from review that this Freesync monitor can also support G-Sync rite just to confirm?

LG is nice but i dunno why they are so much more expensive than this Acer.

I am having really a hard time finding a suitable gaming monitor and researching on YouTube also doesn’t seems to help as either those recommended ones are super expensive or not available in Malaysia. Since this will be my first gaming pc build, its rather difficult for someone who has very little knowledge on pc. Initially wanted the BenQ EX2710Q 1440p IPS 144hz monitor but keep seeing other ultrawide 1440p seems look better and more view for gaming. That’s y I keep holding on the build hoping to find a suitable display. Then lately rumors on the new RTX 3080 launching in Sep. do u guys think when launched either the RTX 2080 super / Ti will drop price or the 3080 will be affordable? I still can’t decide VA or IPS, but I think safest bet would be IPS rite? My budget for a 34” ultrawide would be around RM3500-4000. So if anyone would be kind enough to provide some recommendations will be nice.

I do also research on x34p and z35p which are within my budget and the more expensive Alienware AW3420DW and LG34GK950-F. Headache. Any idea how much roughly the LG34GN850-B will be when available?

I think monitor is the most headache item to purchase.

Hi, am an avid ultrawide user LG34UC79G .

never regretted getting both ultrawide but a slight problem buying two of the same models, they have a slight different color calibration difference. one is a little more cooler than the other. tried to tweak it in the settings but it didn't work. Also finding a monitor arm to hold two monitors at once is really difficult to find. either it will sag or it's super flimsy.
