Hotlink Customer Care reply at Feb 12 2017, Effective at 17/10/2016, all Hotlink Tablet Plan has been migrated to Hotlink Postpaid Broadband, customer have to purchase RM45 2GB 365 validity and RM33 365 validity.
we can use this to report MCMC, if Maxis Hotlink didnt give us back our unused balance, our RM45 2GB 365 validity, after package migration without knowledge, sim card deactivated without clearly prior knowledge, sim card reactivation but unused balance and RM45 2GB 365 validity all gone, according to Hotlink Customer Care, it is written at Hotlink General Terms & Conditions of Service(s)
Please be informed that once you reactivated your number, any balance in the account will be forfeited.
