Curious, why din u ask the lawyer or developer before you sign? Now ady stamped, whther the developer wanna renew it or not, is depends ady...

For my unit in other project, SPA was stated 2083 but the land actually had been renewed to 2113 (99years, but it was renewed right after construction started in 2014). I checked with lawyer, and she pass me a separate letter on the renewed of leasehold period. So you may check with your lawyer on this, and hopefully the developer will renew it.

Legal firm call you when the s&p been stamp ?or I need to call them to chase ?

Was in rush, so didn't see it during collect the.s and p, read it after get.home, thx for inform Wil call back.to.lawyer and ask about it.

Suggests u call to ask, the s and p stamped at 15 or 16 aug 2016 and completion period change to.36 months

Because they cannot get approval to extend to 54 months....but they already official "hold" the purchaser for more than 15 months already since May 2015. It's back to square as the 36 months counted from August 16.

Also anyone check if the developer already physically owned the land?? Anyone ask the lawyer to show you the land search that you have paid for especially buyer with loan... Be careful ....

guys..any of you got letter from Aset Kayamas ??..stating that Ive to pay RM40,327.50 for 10% completion of the project ??..sorry what is that??

is is progress payment?...

Got invoice from asetkayamas..says : invoice date 15.9.2016 and the SPA Date : 15.8.2016.

payment for :

stage 2(a) 10% ..the work below ground level of the said building comprising the said parcel including foundation of the said building

however now there is not much info disclose, cause it is ( close door selling strategies by Dev ), i had been told by sales person, need place chq to enter private preview section, then can hv all info & most important can get this OFFER PRICE during the section. If after viewing, suitable, can choose unit on the spot. if not suitable can cancel & get fully refund. By the way the chq it is allow postdated, so to me it is no risk at all, i dont like or price not suitable after the preview section, I can Stop chq at anytime lor.

So i had place chq le, place 3 chq for 3 unit  brows.gif  ( not all mine de, my family also  tongue.gif  )
