Curious, why din u ask the lawyer or developer before you sign? Now ady stamped, whther the developer wanna renew it or not, is depends ady...For my unit in other project, SPA was stated 2083 but the land actually had been renewed to 2113 (99years, but it was renewed right after construction started in 2014). I checked with lawyer, and she pass me a separate letter on the renewed of leasehold period. So you may check with your lawyer on this, and hopefully the developer will renew it.
