Just went to sign loan agreement with the lawyer today. Checked with the lawyer that probably next month the SNP will be stamped.

Completion date how many months? Still 54?

Not yet, called the lawyer earlier this month n I've been told that they just got the stamped SPA from developer, we could probably get them end of this month

I got my stamped s&p today, but the first pages stated that the land will be expired on 11 Nov 2099, which mean we are getting the condo less than 99 years, is that normal? Or developer will renew it again after completion? We hv to.sign another document? Anyone know?thanks
