Purchaser signed and they enjoying the $$$$$. Plus 54 months starting from x month of 2016.
Booking fee was paid may 15. Big con man I believe |

Some already feel cheated due to their stupidity so have to assume this way to let them feel better. It's too much since they have asked the buyer to sign and pay yet the developer still don't sign the SPA due to lack of approval.
