The most important thing still they must deliver the final product. No matter how cheap if stuck half way the investment might need to write off.

Credibility is an issue for this developer.

Some already feel cheated due to their stupidity so have to assume this way to let them feel better. It's too much since they have asked the buyer to sign and pay yet the developer still don't sign the SPA due to lack of approval.

This thread sound so quite already. What is the progress now? For those who had signed the SPA have u guys got back the signed copy? When is the VP? What is the remaining lease period of the land?
