What is the result of your ipconfig /all ?

Just follow the instruction until step 10 and use the ipconfig /all result to key it in. Give it a try.

hi bro like i said before,
static ip u can set by look at gateway number of your modem/router,
ipconfig show all that,

let say your gateway number is 192.168.1.1
so u can set the static ip to 192.168.1.3
subnet mask to 255.255.255.0
and gateway to 192.168.1.1

for dns server use default from tmnet,
it is

primary dns server :202.188.0.133
secondry dns server:202.188.1.5

not laa..
gateway is different from static ip,
gateway is the main number of ip group,
like 192.168.1.1
and the static ip can be from 192.168.1.2 up to 192.168.1.255

yes, if the files have !bt extension, just remove it.
ie:
something.avi.!bt change to something.avi

after that, load the torrent and select the location where the files are located. utorrent will automatically do a hash check and resume the download.

have u try to forward different port??
not yet ?

user posted imageThe yellow light means that you have no current incoming connections. If this never turns green, this means that your port is not forwarded. The best way to check is with the µTorrent port checker, found in the Speed Guide. If the port checker says your port is open, then everything is most likely fine.

but if you got local peer and the download speed still low...
it is either that your configuration problem or maybe he/she dun want to share...
