wow... latest version do mess with our download speed... sighh.. which utorrent version stable and fast enough? im getting 10kbps only on the latest version while before this can get more than 1.5mbps..

Guys, here's something weird about my utor.
Download is super fast, but uploading isn't. What's more disconcerting is that I am downloading/uploading from the same private tracker. That, and the fact that the peers for my downloads are many. My tracker is red, with the following error :
"No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it." What could have cause the error ? And how to rectify it ? |
