Note: about the kb/s, i will assume the 'b' as Byte |

Guys, usually if I click the "test if port is forwarded properly" button, a browser will appear telling me if its forwarded properly or not. But for the past few days nothing happens when I click it. Whats wrong?

i am using utorrent and i can connect to international peers but i can't get a decent speed. all ports are forwarded accordingly in my router but i can't even get 10k for my download speed. Is this due to throttling or due to the quake in taiwan?
I am also facing frequent disconnection from my msn messenger and i can't connect to rizon.net on irc as well. I think this is due to the broken submarine lines but then again it could be due to extreme throttling any opinions? Thanks. |
