I got that too just a few days ago. I got max 40+kB/s for at least 2 minutes then it fell to 19-20kB/s. Then I stopped and resume, it shows the torrent is downloading, the tracker works fine but no one connected. So yeah no peers, no download . So I guess, v2.1 fail miserably. But, before this lousy problem happened, it works just fine. A good time while it last, thus I reverted to 2.0 Beta now.

About the tweaks on Youtube, don't you guys feel it a little uhh.. stupid? It will surely choked your internet bandwidth.

Well no offense, you're stupid if you follow any of the youtube guides.

The simple biggest difference is that we just don't have the luxury to do those sort of settings here compared to any where else in the world.

Yes they are, never ever trust them, it will make your utorrent buggy as all hell. Anyway, come on, you can think it logically; 1890 for global connections, 60 63 for queue. That will make your connection overloaded and choked. Use the smart guide, I always did that and I got the maximum download potential with it. You only got to port forward, or enable UPNP on your router. That will help a lot.

Some like I said just won't apply here with our connections.
Many just don't make sense like copperwire said.

Just make sure you port-forward and set meaninful settings and you're done to get atleast 80kb-130kb/s (assuming you're on 1mb streamyx) download speed.
Of course it'll depend on the torrent having seeds, a working tracker and not just a horde of leechers.

you cannot block torrent by simply blocking port.
you need specialized firewall like ipp2p.

I uploaded a new torrent and seed the file 24/7, but why i notice some people who done leeching from me get to seed more than me? say my total upload is 5gb, but the people who leech from me manage to upload until 17gb.

is there any settings to set all new leechers to suck from a particular person only instead of sharing the bits from all the other seeders?

i set all my torrents to force seeding, can it be because of this? i dont mind the upload/download ratio because its enough for me. what im only after is the total uploaded count.

upload rate already set to 0. upload limit already unlimited. disabled all DHT, local peer and peer exchange.

btw is it recommended to force seeding instead of the normal one?
