QUOTE(hteekay @ Oct 11 2015, 12:24 AM) Just today I went over to Lowyat and checked the A7000+ demo unit, it was unplugged and the battery was at 49%, My tangan was gatal and I went over to power management and clicked on the battery usage just to see how long it was left unplugged. To my surprise, the on screen time was OVER 3 hours! On screen time = 3 hours++ with 49% of battery to spare! Does turning on mobile data take so much juice that it goes empty twice as fast?? Or does this mean the A7000+ row ROM performance is better than the India row ROM? Or is it just my battery problem? Usually my On screen time is just 4.5 hours from full to 3-5% left. :/ QUOTE(sitescope @ Oct 11 2015, 12:54 AM) sitescope was right. Try airplane mode. Without sim card.....SOT can hit longer. |

Hi,
I am planning to get this phone but a bit headache since no M'sia yet. Is the custom rom with google service stable? Heard that some people are having 4G issue after rom flash, how can I avoid that? If there is no solutions then I might go for A7000 for the ease of mind. Thanks i advanced. |

Therefore if you flash this firmware onto K3 Note, you also need to flash a suitable Baseband or else you wont get mobile network. (No need for A7000 PLUS) Baseband_S121_150813_ROW (Proven baseband with K3 Note, flash with TWRP Recovery): http://www.mediafire.com/download/cuiagc7z..._150813_ROW.zip Key in ####682# to change region (MY马来西亚)when done. Enjoy! by the way, this is a battery saver ROM (relative to K50a40 ROM), I am impressed. This post has been edited by cvg: Oct 12 2015, 02:23 PM |

Could be due to memory leak on android 5.0 or just insufficient optimization. Do you get this too on the a7000_a_plus ROM. ? Have you tried android 5.1 vibe UI dev ROM? How does a7000_a_plus ROM compare? This post has been edited by tradewinds01: Oct 13 2015, 12:53 AM |
