I have tried to change the DNS to google DNS, not working as well. The problem only happen when the Mi Box is connected to unifi, no problem at all when it is connected to other ISP wifi such as my phone hotspot.

I know it is TM issue.I do not like to waste time playing with dns.
So I use VPN service.Just tested. No problem.Using Hong Kong Server.

I threw away the box, so not sure where to see the version, but mine one was the orange box, I thought the international version has the orange box as well?

Precisely. You don't need VPN. Both iFlix and Netflix are official streaming sites for Malaysian subscribers.

Cuz the problem most likely lies on your ISP, the server u VPN to might be using different ISP or they are on different routing if they are on the same ISP as yours.

Personal and business routing is different
