QUOTE(ichigo79 @ May 11 2015, 09:59 PM) I'm already screen shot my bill yesterday. Just RM10 only. But my bill auto debit to my credit card. ( 5% discount for auto debit with credit card ). Just wondering now cause I don't have details bill ( 8 days from cycle billing date you can download detail bill from OCS). Yours is MNP from other telco? My GF's MNp Basic 38 also kena charge RM10 only, but mine is Prepaid to Postpaid and the bill seems messed up. I paid RM40.30 (with GST) for advance payment during sign up and Celcom charge again RM38 in my pro-rate bill. I still remember last time I was using DiGi and the advance payment will deduct on first month bill (e.g. sign up RM50 plan paid RM50, the first pro-rate bill let's say is RM20 then DiGi will deduct RM20+RM10 stamp duty in the advance payment), but Celcom not like this. Any could help me on this? I've attached my bill as reference.

I pay nothing at all. May be I am already celcom loyal customer. (I already have another package with celcom before MNP from maxis). What is surprise me now is the bill, RM10 for the first bill. ( Auto debit with credit card get 5% discount. Screen shot few pages back).

Anyone having problems receiving calls lately? I tried calling my phone from home number and it keeps going straight into voicemail. Didn't hamper with the call settings or anything
Edit
Using Nexus 5, Previously from MAxis with no issues Problem arise when its connected with LTE network > straight into voicemail
when switched to 3G > can receive calls and what not.

Hi, Just wanna share my experience doing MNP from Maxis to Celcom Basic 38 at Blue Cube The Gardens, Mid Valley. 6.30pm - Finished filling in the form & got my new SIM card. No advance payment needed. 7.37pm - Got SMS from Maxis stating they are acknowledging my request to move. 7.56pm - Received SMS from Celcom stating my porting request has been accepted & activation is in progress. 9.15pm - No longer able to received signals on my Maxis SIM. Changed to Celcom SIM & voila, my SIM has been activated. I'm just one happy gal now~~~~
