Any powered on Zigbee devices can be a repeater except those powered by batteries

how do you know that the neutral on ac is not same phase as the normal switch? Did the power trip?

Electrician tested .yeah exploded and tripped

You can test buy leaving both switches u wanna test on . Then turn off each phase in DB
If both off together then you will know

1. whats the difference between the aqara motion sensor v1 and v2 ?
2. Cant seems to find xiaomi gateway v3... just bought the v2.. whats the difference between v2 and v3 ?
3. If i have two floors, will i need two gateways ? one for GF and one for 1st floor ?

Nope, I dunno of any and I don’t think you will find one.
Smart switches needs to be momentary, just like a push switch for your door bell.
Even if you find one, it will serve no purpose because you won’t be able to tell if it’s On or Off just by its position.

Oh this Aqara gateway. This one can only use with Aqara devices but can’t add Mijia stuff like vacuum cleaner, air filter, etc. At least not for now? I saw Shopee got sell around 159. If you don’t intend to use HomeKit, then don’t get this.

As for the motion sensor, I have not heard of any updated version. either seller simply put or there is an updated version which I’m unaware of

So, your house is 3 phase wiring? Your house has 3 separate RCCD? If one big one with linked switch lever, maybe it is using common N line?
