Hi guys, I need help.  I'm just getting into home automation and looking to replace all my wall switches.  The thing is I don't which to buy, wifi switch with neutral or none.  I have rudimentary electrical skills but I do learn quick.

I'm trying to change a 3 gang switch.  And I look behind the switch, I see all white wires and some running in series

Eh, Sonoff wall switch can program delay off time like what you had shown. I think Basic are also the same.
If I am doing it, probably will just use the Sonoff wall switch which I have in the bathroom and add the Basic at exhaust fan but in Tasmota and HA
Don't think there is neutral at your switch. Use a smart non neutral wall switch there

Been using this and Nginx proxy to keep using http for internal network HA. Only connect to https when at outside internet

Not very difficult and works for me.
Just add in the DuckDNS address in the settings and it is done.
When in local network, just use http instead of https for your HA IP address.

I found one model which is ITEAD SONOFF T4EU1C WiFi Smart Wall Switch no Neutral but it is only one switch on button... :-(

Hi sifus    I am an aspiring homeowner and also a big fan of smarthomes so I've allocated a 10k budget just to kickstart my smarthome dream!

Hence, I would appreciate if the experienced sifus here can look at my planning and give me some advice/suggestions to cut down on my current budget (so I can buy more tech  ), any alternatives you guys think are better, or any brands I should avoid.

Here are some assumptions I've made while budgeting:
- Regular sized double storey terrace house. Say 22x70.
- I will be using Homebridge, installed on Synology NAS
- I want to control everything on Apple Home on my iPhone (hence Homebridge)
- Looking to use Zigbee primarily so that my network isn't congested.
- No need for smart lights/dimming/changing fan speed etc.

Edit 1: No extra spending on router. I'm staying with my family (4 pax) and we are subscribed to Maxis Fibre 300mbps. I'm still ok with the router they've given and we also have the Deco Mesh system to help with upstairs speed. In my new house, it will only be me and my gf/wife (same person ya  )

Anyone here uses smart lock? I'm contemplating to change mine cause my neighbourhood has reported cases of break ins.

Yea, most people turn on the light on their own anyway cuz its next to the door.

I made it so that if the door is open and the light was open (someone getting out), after 30 seconds of the sensor being in open state the lights turn off.

If door is closed and lights are off (nobody in there), upon door open, the lights will turn on by its on, and once that person is done, the first automation will turn off the lights.

Tuya is a newborn baby where IP camera is concern, still need a lot to be done but since they already got listed on the 18th on Nasdaq last month I believed their growth will be tremendous. Newer types also not that expensive but of course not rm55 like what this shop is selling. That is even below my cost but different design and no idea what type of quality. But so far none of my Tuya camera has impress me. You should try get your hands on Wyze. Got a free unit from Amazon when I bought something and it beat the shit out of my Tuya's.

Many IP camera supports RTSP, I have foscam, tplink, ezviz (hikvision), imou (Da hua), all supports RTSP protocol.

RTSP is a standard protocol for IP camera, you can use opensource NVR software to manage all different brands of ip camera.
