nowadays those philips downlight with built in driver. meaning the driver is attach inside the light as well. so that how to tell that philips downlight is dimmable? not expensive though. RM23 each.

Maybe if you use Xiaomi Switch, you can use the wireless button to switch off the individual lights (a pair) with 1 button press, 2 button press another set and long hold the final one.

I'm referring to products that support smartlife app right from the start. It seems most usages are just smart power switches integration which act as middle men.

In the app, there are options for adding air con, lighting, cctv, alarm, gas detector. Any example of these products (kindly state the make and model if you know) that I can scan/add using the app?

Easiest things that I plan to do:
- cooking gas detector that trigger my phone (with the smartlife app) to sound
- rgb lighting strip with color control on the app
- aircon control with the app. I have an old (not smart) panasonic aircon.

Cool, I just ordered a tuya Zigbee and the same Temp sensor to test. The Tuya alarm/temp sensor I bought previously doesn't register as a temp sensor, so doesnt tell the temp/humidity via GA.
