This is why, when get a dog or puppy... make sure that everything is ok. Neighbours ok with it, condo management ok with it.... I mean, have to be considerate and fair also lah..... It is unfair for a dog to be kept in an apartment that doesn't allow dogs coz later management know how? Some management not very kind, they will call local council straight away to come and fine the owner...

joanalooidog..... Luckily ur Fifi is guai and she doesn't bark. Hepy barks because he has separation anxiety and I can't afford him to bark everytime I leave him behind. Coz I need to go to campus and my classes start at 8 am - too early for Hepy to kacau my housemates and neighbours to wake up.

Nope .. no landing property here. This is cyberjaya ler ... nearest to my Uni is condo. I dun haf transport to go to campus - so, i need to walk there.
