hmm my furkid do pee/poo at my bed before ..a very very long time ago..and i penalised it stay at cage.cuz last time i will punish my furkid stay at cage once it did sumthing wrong . so it will know that it did wrong thing edi .
but one thing is ur Hepy love cage so much . have to find one thing to show tat u r punish it.if not Hepy wont understand what is it doing now , and what will make it owner angry or sad or either happy . Hepy seem so so confrusing .

well i understand why u angry , tat time when my furkid did poo/pee at bed.i was so angry , but one thing i feel is my problem too that maybe i still dun understand to arrange the time for it to pee/poo . but now i was so easy to allow my furkid to pee/poo...i think every dog the same wan ler..either poo before meal ...poo after meal or poo after playing time( excited ) .

but then i been give the tips are just a guideline and u have to make sure all the technique suits with your lifestyle. Whatever works for you and your dog, and convenient to u or not.temporately let ur furkid stay at playpen or cage. dun give it so much freedom 1st . actually the 1 week i bought my furkid i been train my furkid get used to stay at a cage and just play with my furkid just 5 hours a day to allow my furkid will not bcome a manja and got this separate anxiety behaviour lor. and my furkid tat time been thinking of training it to poo/pee at toilet edi , 1st week and 2nd week sure got mistake but after tat all sucess edi.so the problem now , i think just let it stay at playpen all the time . if it simply poo at playpen oso oso easily clean.To me , if ur space /room enough for a playpen , i think the best way to teach ur dog is at playpen .really.if ur hepy is sucess this poo/pee problem , then more freedom it got lor.like my furkid now is so freedom and sleep with me at bed...i hope u can bear this training with ur furkid . good luck syrian

ya .. he is a very confusing dog. He himself is confused. I also confused liao why he did that. He is sked of "leash"!! :keke:. He doesn't really like to be leash for long hours. IF only leash him for 2 hours like that, he still okay but not more than 2 hours lor. After 2 hours, he will struggle one. At least all of you guy's doggies are normal. They pee poo after/before meal and after play time. My Hepy dunno why can tahan for HOURS no need pee or poo one wor. So weird. Until now, I still dun get his timing yet. He jz pee whenever he likes or want.

Just now when i found out he peed on my bed, I took him to my bed and press his head down for him to smell. Then I smack his ass one time. And I took him to the tray and let him smeel his own urine/poop smell there. THen I put him into the cage and I scolded him for cincai pee-ing. That was this evening. I caged him until now. I opened the cage door again .. he dun dare to come out liao. He looks like want to come out and he jz stand at the cage door there but he dun dare to come out liao. Sigh... i opened the cage door and i said "hepy, don't cincai shh shh again ar .. if u cincai shee shee again, i'm going to smack your ass real hard.". He dun dare to come out.

hmmm...i think have to patient lor . last time i teach my furkid oso have to be very patient wan . but once ur furkid know how the training goes, then will be more easy to train edi . i just know Hepy very confruse now only , still can settle it .but my method been given ...so i hope it help lor ....><

Wait after my finals baru got time keep an eye on him liao. I think I'll lock him in cage for the moment. Restrict his freedom and dun let him out for too many hours a day until i finish my finals ... then i can supervise him 24 hours.

Hepy is still so young , and i know hepy is a fast leaner too , so confruse bothering Hepy for doing poo/pee problem . well , just one thing always bear in mind . not to say vruel to ur furkid . sumtimes too much freedom gave to ur furkid , and ur hepy doesn't understand what u exactly want to do for him . btw . not to teach u 24 hour cage him la...just a schedule like a training ur hepy . not too much freedom given to ur furkid if not later u reli spoiled ur own furkid lor. the 1st time i bought my furkid my breeder been teach me how 2 train my puppy . anyway syrian good luck ya . i hope after ur final . this problem will be solved edi , as my method of training been given . u just review back the thread pages then .

Last nite i tried Joanneloidog's method of training (in shihtzu thread). Wah .. kenot ar. My Hepy so kolian neh. He stand there for 2 hours and din pee poo at all until his legs so xuan and he whined. THen I put him back to cage and went for my midterm exam. i came back around 9 something and I let him out and put him at tray there. He stood there by himself and dun dare to move for about 15 minutes like that, then he ran to us crying (barking in high pitch tone) and his face so cham .. wahlau .. I thot wud happened. I faster carry him up and he was still crying when I carried him up. I stroke his back. Then paly with him. Suddenly he noe the command "come" .. . I use food to lure him .. LMAO.

Note: I think Hepy thought he kenot pee poo in front of us. I think he is sked to pee poo in front of us already. He got the wrong concept that we allow him to pee poo in front of us but not cincai pee poo everywhere. Now he dun dare to pee poo in front of us ar. Last nite he laid on the floor while peeing - wahlau - his body all wet and I had to bathed him middle of the nite . How do I make him regain back his confident to pee poo in front of us ? Now I dun want to train him pee poo ady but I want him to regain back his confident to pee poo in front of us first .. then only slowly teach him to pee poo at correct place.

A lot of ppl selling at that price for pure breed. You should go to garage sale and view . How old is Jade ? .

If you are looking for one with cert, then I don't think that you can get one at RM500 but I think RM900-RM1,000 should be relatively easy to find. Are you looking for a puppy or adult? If adult, then maybe RM600 to RM700 can find la but not so easy. Not many people selling adults.

u try like this lah, now whenever he pee and poo, regardless where lah, just give him a treat. Something he pee on the floor. Then u bring him to the paper where got pee stain, let him smell, then treat. Poo on the floor, bring the poo to the paper, let him smell, then treat. Slowly lah.......takes time i think.

Last time when cincai pee poo .. let him smel lor .. then put the urine on tray and let him smell again lor. Then scold him lor. Newspaper got pee poo stain. Even got the poo there .. sigh. Last nite he poo twice behind my door again liao but I jz pick up and din scold him this morning coz I want him to regain back his confidence first. He jz sit there and look at me when I pick up - his face a bit sked I scold him. But i din say anything. So, you mean if now he cincai pee poo on floor, I also give him treat ? Then take him to newspaper smell .. then treat again ?

Mayb last time after Hepy cincai pee or poo, u take him to the paper, then only u scold him is it? Mayb bcoz of this he scared of the tray.
after cincai pee and poo, point to the pee or poo, say NO......take to newspaper first, let him smell then only give him a treat. I dunno whether will it work or not, just try lah.........

Syrian: i've searched high and low at the garage sales but they left pure breed female only jade is around 3 year old already

JTL: jade worth rm500 and with cert *giggle* and the parents&grandparents are all champion line, but her parents stop breeding already i'm finding a puppy, because we want to bring it up ourselves rm900-1000 is also acceptable, but sure have to negotiate with the price also so do u have any friends or breeders to intro?

hmm that's why ..i said before , if ur furkid reli reli pee/poo at the place tat u dun wan . u cannnot scold hepy oso...just faster carry hepy at the spot tat u wan him to do bussiness.no wonder u dunno the timing for hepy to do bussiness...Hmmm

btw.from now on u must create a timetable or discipline to allow Hepy find back it confident and housebreaking problem will be solve easily.

No need to scold him every time when hepu is misses his target right... Hepy though he is not good enough for you. and then hepy reli feels that he have to forget every thing he learn and refresh.anyway , start all over again and again.treat him like a new puppy, Take him for a potty straight away every time when he finish his meal. Don't let him play/free not until he does his business 1st.dun feel this is cruelya. Ask him to go to the spot u wanted hepy to poo/pee and say POO POO'' ( or whatever u wan to say will do bussiness ). prepare take treats . BUT If hepy doesn't want to poo, please wait for few 5-10 mins and start this training all over again till he does his bussiness ya.always remember to reward hepy ! with treats and show tat u r happy ( very happy when u see hepy done his bussiness and praise him!!!.then what u can do now is just follow back and gone through this process in the future with ur furkid even if this will take you up to a week and more.is like tat wan...training have to patient oh ! if during ur training with hepy will learn the right spot! When he reaches that 'target', reward him with a bigger treat.always remember the bearest spot it get , the bigger treat it GOT !!! haha

digitral: yeaps, because last time the breeder cannot afford too many dogs in his apartment, thats why even though its champion line also sell so cheap, no the breeder dont breed anymore..and thank u o0o~ jade's like the queen of the house already *giggle*

but good news for me, because i've found another breeder, rm600++ with cert,vaccination,deworm..also champion+imported line~ yayness~~ ^^

eh, then meaning after he makan right, i wait about 5 minutes. Then take him to tray there. If he didn't pee/poo in 15 minutes, I set him free a while for about 5 minutes. Then take him to tray again for 15 minutes until he pee poo. If he din again, then set him free again for 5 minutes first. Continue this until he pee/poo?

Last nite I treated him like a new puppy again. After he makan, i straight take him to tray lor .. then he stood there for like 2 hours until his legs super xuan .. I also sit next to him until tired ar. Then I put him back in cage coz he din pee poo at all. He was whining and crying already but dun dare to move - he's sked I will scold him if he leave the tray. Then nite time after my exam, i came home, I fed him a bit of supper and take him to tray again .. he also stand there for like 15 minutes and I didn't sit with him. I sat at my desk and watch him from time to time. He suddenly ran to us, crying. He cried while running to us. I thot wud happen. His face was so cham and kolian. I carried him up and I stroke him and he was crying under my embrace . I felt so bad after that.

reli ? mind to let me know who's the breeder? i mean the contact ?
hehehe ...so next time if got chance i can buy from him/her mah ^^

Hepy didn't pee poo in front of me at all today. This morning I went to see doc and when i came back, I saw him pee in the cage already (the newspaper wet and yellowish). I dunno how to train ler if everyday he also like that. But seriously, today i haven see him pee poo yet. I jz gave him his dinner and he straight walk into cage to sleep.
