Owners complain mostly to prompt exsim to follow artist impression...mainly it is about actual vs artist impression. Nidoz got 1000+ strong owners, in their telegram group already got 600++ owners already..of course if owners are united then exsim cannot play2 around..before VP has to fix all things owners not satisfied one.

Nidoz is exsim biggest project so far (after Millerz). After this Millerz sure got complain hahaha

That guy wants to buy this project so bad, he talk negatively about the project in hope that subsale owner willl further slash the price down, so he can buy way below market value and profit from it (on paper).

Guess what, u may buy it from subsale or lelong cheaply after this, we dont care if u profit from it.

So far I think majority of the owners are happy with the outcome for now

Lets see what he has done so far

- Send anonymous SMS to himself to show that he received messages on bad quality when no one else has received it
- Trying hard to complain the quality in other property group
- Pretend to have relatives own a unit and concern on the quality
- Created a dupe just to complain on the quality again


So the information of this person is available now (all on social media btw), i am not sure if Exsim will take action or not since they had been notified on the incident when the SMS incident occurred

- His phone number
- His occupation
- His working location
- His picture

Lol telegram group very active now with the 2nd key collector posting photos and videos.

Suffice to say, Nidoz is truly marketed for those with big, growing family.

They even have petting zoo inside lol. Got deer and lamb some more!

Deer & goose. I think more animal to come. The deer inside the cage due to rain.

Management say will be opened as petting zoo later. The farm will be managed by ex-zoo negara staff.
