I've booked for an unit in Nidoz. Received a couple of offers for my loan, however the best is from RHB for 90% @ 4.30.

Yes, most people get 4.30%. It depends on semi flexible or flexible they offered you.

I got 4.28% and is full flexible loan that tied with current account, which need to pay rm10 per month and one time of charges rm100. All these r extra cost.

mind to share which bank? y i only get 4.4‰ for most of the bank? they said below 300k loan is like that

they are talking about Nidoz.. which is definitely more than 300k

afaik, only public bank offer 4.3% for dnuri, but they have limited quota

some got 4.5-4.65

I believe 4.3% is with MRTA attachment right?
