35 years 4.37%, high or low? Currently pending another three banks to compare rates.

I think the rate can be considered ok? Since the loan amount is below 300k. I got 4.35% but still waiting for public bank, they're trying to get 4.3% for me.

4.37% is from PBB. MBB also approved on today, currently waiting her to let me know about the rate.

Developer said to sign within 14 days but whether they allow for extension or not I am not sure. You may withdraw from KWSP account 2 what or you try ask sifu here how long can drag making remaining 10% down payment after sign SNP?

Withdraw from KWSP account 2 only can only be done after signing snp, coz kwsp need your snp to proceed withdrawal

anyway, you can just call developer and tell them to extend, they usually will approve it since you already got approval from gov

Try use HoNgZ sifu's advise maybe? Call up Exsim to check how long you can drag the SNP signing.

I have confirmed to accept offer from MBB and just learned that buyer have to bear another <RM 3k for loan legal fees, loan stamp duties and disbursement fees payable to lawyer (developer suggested to use back SNP lawyer) along with the remaining RM 25k deposit. Next will be another <RM 300 payable to bank as processing fees. Please take note bro.

Hello everyone,

Just went to the showroom for Nidoz today and must say am tempted to buy for investment purposes...i read from the chatroom and also from the launch price back in 2015 it was about RM 500psf, it was reported in the edge property that its going to be about RM 600 psf...the price given by developer today is RM 680 psf...why has the price increased so much if we are all getting from the developer?
