Hello everyone,
Just went to the showroom for Nidoz today and must say am tempted to buy for investment purposes...i read from the chatroom and also from the launch price back in 2015 it was about RM 500psf, it was reported in the edge property that its going to be about RM 600 psf...the price given by developer today is RM 680 psf...why has the price increased so much if we are all getting from the developer? |
