Any difference when we apply via dbkl website and direct with developer? Just know that apply with developer will need to pay booking fees first

Will get higher chance when apply direct with developer?
Choosing unit is ballot system?

Just went to showroom, basically unit with 2 carpark is not a compensation for facing the highway n low floor, that need to pay extra 30k just a car park. sad.gif

Every unit come with 1 car park only... nowadays most family have at least 2 cars n above, no sure how everyone going to park in future.

I heard from agent, the submission will be together with the unit we booking. Once approved by dbkl, we can only get the unit we booked. No sure am I right.

Probably it will not be tak layak if meet the requirements. Hope they manage to get appeal. Possible that their Income more than 5k or have house in Kl?
