Booked myself the bigger unit.
Hopefully this is the best decision i have to make for my first house. whistling.gif

I rather have the Iphone 7 than the cold juicer (as free gift), can change ah?

Even high Block B unit already touched 1Mil, dont want to imagine the Block A price. Besides Block A faces the RumahWip, so view kacau abit... not like my view is any better, but for 200k less it is a no brainer! Want the virw, just go up the the 41st floor la! Better non-obstructive view lagi...

Block D is sold out (as of last Saturday i visited them), Block B and C about 70% sold out as i saw it. (or at least booking is secured).
And usual is last Block release is always more expensive. While top of Block B units already reaching 1mil, so i guess you understand lor..

But Block A is near entrance. haha.
Also near the garden (and the highway in that matter).

More of an area where one's family can live and enjoy living.
You have urban farming on one side, sky pool on your rooftop, gym, children's pool, indoor and outdoor court.

More for staying in for bigger families (hard to find a unit of more than 1,200 sq ft for new condo in KL)

Not sure which bank will give you a 100% loan to be honest. shocking.gif
I know that all banks only gives out 90% loan for home re-financing.

The 15% is only given back later after you sign the SNP. So it is the same thing.

Mine they gave me full 90% loan from SNP price.
Maybe you told the bank there is rebate instead? the sales people told me not to inform the bank on this whistling.gif

But sound like the bank gave you an 85% loan rather than a 90%.
But your interest is slightly lower than mine (just a fraction). Which is still quite a good deal.

Nah, mine is RHB. Which i got with interest of 4.3%. 90% loan.
I sign mine only in first few days in February 2017.

I know Le Yuan too.

Your friend's unit is facing the pool, which has not much dust (compared to facing a big busy road).
While those having KLCC view (or so called the more expensive direction) in Block A/B/C/D will face the dust from both North South highway/Sg Besi Highway.

Even worse, those higher up unit.
This is just my logical consideration. whistling.gif

I think importantly is this kind of service is included in your management fee, and not using much. So there is no point.
As long a we can use uber/Grab to station, i can park my car at home and use it only for the weekend.
The Heck, maybe i can sell off my car and use this service. Safe money on stupid repayment for cars.
