Now your batteries are warranty for 1 year.
Can I pay slightly more to have 2 years warranty?

So sorry cucubud, we have not brought in the 2 year warranty battery as of yet. We are still trying to get feedback from the general public too see whether it is viable.

Do try out our one year warranty batteries to see what we are all about.

My 55D23L battery only lasted me 18 months . That battery comes with the car from factory. Pay a bit more is okay I think but not so crazy expensive like those AC Delco ones

It is the technology that havent matured enough, nothing to do with different branding IMO.

Company bought two Sonata and both came with AC Delco MF battery. Guess what, one failed after 14months, mine failed a month later.

Returning to wet battery for me at least. I never had problem wet batteries up until the 3rd year.

And that is why we have this poll/thread my friend! Longer warranty batteries are not popular in malaysia because it is deemed "unsensible" from a business point of view. Secondly, a lot of manufacturers do not dare offer longer warranty batteries due to our weather. Thirdly, distributors don't know whether consumers will pay more for a longer warranty battery when presented the choice with a cheaper but shorter warranty one.

We want to bring  in longer warranty batteries but we need to get some feedback also lah. Later bring in then all don't want buy we die.

So go vote on the poll and if you are really keen, go to our site and sign up so that you will be the first few to know when we do bring in this battery.

But of course depends on the pricing as well. Everyone will surely like to have long lasting parts but also will be looking at value for money. If price too high then not many will be interested.

It is not distributors don't know, but they already know price is the one most influential factor that determine the sales quantity.

Price competition is very stiff out there be it whatever product, a slight 10 or 20% expensive, even though it has higher quality, may result in significant lower sales quantity.

Unless one is not aiming for mass market volume and and just look for niche market segment, then probably can strike some market, but personally don't think it will be well received by mass market consumer with 20% premium over the normal one.

Look at those electronic product, selling cheap with 1 month/3 months warranty, selling like hotcake.
Another one more expensive better quality with 1 year warranty, slow sale.

People generlly don't care the cheaper one may spoil faster which may not even last more than 1 year, already sum up the mass consumer mindset out there.

In our experience, wet batteries tend to leak, that is why we used fully sealed and maintenance free batteries.

Do give us a try andrekua2 and see whether our batteries suit you.

me Peugeot 308 needs to change batteries every 12 months or less.
in my 5 years+ of ownership , I am already on my 6th battery . tried various brands. each DIN55 costs me rm3++.
*
If any battery were to last you less than a year, I strongly suggest you to get a new one under warranty. Why don't you try us out and see whether our batteries can last longer for you? Our DIN55 cost RM300 delivery and installation included.

Yes! Before officially starting this business, we tested a lot of batteries and delkor was one of them. But let us assure you that after testing we chose the best brand price and quality wise. Do give us a try the next time your battery is down. If the Delkor makes you happy, we are sure that the Atlas BX will impress you even more.

So, what are your thoughts and views on a 24 month warranty battery?
