hi, during warranty period if the battery checker found that the health of the battery is around 75%, are we entitled to change a new one? thanks

Yesterday night my car batt die and I decided to call thebatteryshop.my They are currently running some promo with discount. Their agent came to my home and claim he did not have any stock. So he replace with a temporary batt and promised to replace with a new one tomorrow morning. I fixed the time by 11am. The next morning I call to remind the agent and asked him to come earlier if possible. By 11 am++ I called up the agent and he claimed he's busy. I'm late for my work so called up thebatteryshop.my to arrange for another agent within 30 min. They said it's not possible.
I'm extremely upset. No driver willing to take the risk driving a car with temporary batt which could die anytime.
I know the promo with discount too good to be true. It came with a service reliability trade-off. Will never order from thebatteryshop.my again. Will look for another reliable battery vendor today or 2moro.

thebatteryshop.my agent came by later and collected his temporary batt installed in my card yesterday. He even dare to accused me of being harsh and resentful!

I had a similar experience. Installed with a battery that didn't last a month, replaced with a temp battery. Kept chasing with a monthly call for almost year for the new replacement, told repeatedly that warranty replacement has not arrived yet. Gave up... Never again.

My Yokohama NS40ZL used almost 2 years then Kong.
