Hi Teoh, after you sign SnP, will you have 1 copy of SnP on the spot? because tomorrow i purposely on leave, thought after sign it then take all document and go epf.

No... After we signed, they just take to developer to sign. After developer sign, we will get two copies for each document.

After developer signed, the SPA needs to be stamped. Then only u will receive a copy of the SPA.

oo no, that's means i can't do both thing in same days. how long to get that copies? and they will post to u the copies?

roughly about 2 months...
subject to how efficient your lawyer get dev sign on it and also get it stamping..
