He has a very long history and is well regarded. Sometimes he gets overloaded with work.
I have a pair of 752s and they are hard dome type. Sometimes a pressed in dome can be sucked out. Why do kids always do this?

QUOTE(dayojah @ Oct 5 2018, 10:59 PM) Faulty crossovers are uncommon. Bad connections to the tweeter do happen. Muffled tweeters, where the dome has not been pushed in by a kid, is often the ferrofluid pooled at the bottom and congealed into glue. Blown tweeter coils go open and don't work at all. Mr Oh knows what he is doing. if the gel is congealed, what can be done to repair the tweeter?

QUOTE(voscar @ Oct 7 2018, 05:22 PM) Just bought Mission VX-2 after long consideration. Why no review on this speaker?! Initially thought of used Mission 760iSE and MX2, but dislikes their lack of highs. Require some Treble adjustment to spice it up. But new VX-2 seems crystal clear on treble on pure direct mode. i have a pair of 760iSE actually... i never found the treble lacking. not sure about the MX2. I found the 760iSE imaging to be very good and definitely no lack of clarity. served me well for >10years. It could the amp that the SE were being driven by.

I found nowadays so many used 760 series on market. Didn't aware many years back mission brand already so popular in our country.

Didn't aware many years back mission brand already so popular in our country. i cant remember, i was a teenager back then.... if i were to guess, it would not have been more than 800-900. Mission was very popular back in 90s... Alot of the used ones on the market are usually 760... i but SE are rare.... the SE are bi wire able.... its makes a big difference. not the bi wiring, the drivers of the SE are better
