im using u28 since july. speed are amazing that time.... but become slower and slower... today at peak hour hardly to get 1mbps... vs when i start using it, can get 8-10mbps peak hour and steady 21mbps at non-peak. this month they promoting +1gb.. some of my neighbour that i know, 50% switched to u-mobile...so... expecting worst. maybe time to report about network performance...

yep, if u r connected to 3G, during day time sux. unusable.

i switched to 4G LTE now, at least can use. furthremore, now got 4GB quota this month, dont mind LTE brows.gif

yeah, this is the little "issue" with umobile's PDF bill.

you see, their system generate the bill on 1st of the month. Then other systems displaying the bill is "ready", but the actual content of the bill is not.

safest way is to download the bill on 2nd or 3rd of the month. This way, the bill content will be fully generated.
p/s: From the mobile app, if u encounter error 1st time downloading, it will actually caching the file (corrupted PDF). do a purge/cleanup the cache for the app. this will force the app to redownload the PDF again.

Omg.. Thank you so much..

I cleared both mobile apps and browser cache..

And login once again, it works.. rclxms.gif

2. And how to check the data renew date? Is it renew it on 1st day of every month?

3. Last question, my plan only Rm28 but why umobile charged me total RM68

SR Access Fee (U28) 23.333
SR Itemised Bill Statement 3.000
Other Charges Stamp Duty 10.000

1. wait and check again, bank transfer is not recommended btw
2. renew on every 1st day of the month, YES
3. i believe u MNP to umobile, because u didn't pay any during registration, therefore 1 month deposit advance is charged on first bill

ADVANCE ACCESS FEE 28 = 1 month deposit

ACCESS FEE 23.333 is your pro rate bill of the month i believe u around 5/6 november only start in umobile

and also might paying bill with me to enjoy discount tongue.gif

hopefully it's a one time go process for the first top when i first purchase. anyone know?

I am using umobile power prepaid. I get my free 1gb monthly at around 3rd of each month. Last month my quota finish around the 20th, so i subscribe to the mobile broadband MB40 which gives 2gb quota and suppose to last till 20th Dec.

So, this month i get my free monthly 1gb as usual on the 3rd. But i notice so far my usage is being deducted from the free 1gb instead of deducting from the MB40. Why is this so??

If like this then my 1gb will likely finish again, and my MB40 subs will likely burn coz I can't finish it. And before month-end, i will be without any High Speed internet.

Kind of underhanded practice by Umobile.

That's the way it is. It will use from the free 1GB first.

that was solely my personal experience,.

not sure whether u mobile own tower/basestation is using weaker frequency hard to penetrate indoor

if u go to gurney plaza, go basement food court, mobile internet will hardly move,. doh.gif

It should be stronger frequency, as U Mobile uses 2600mhz while the other big 3 has 900mhz, 1800mhz so the big 3's indoor penetration is a lot better. The concept is similar to wifi routers too, 2.4ghz has wider coverage but not as fast, 5ghz is faster but coverage is lesser.
