you should tryt o find better signal spot or upgrade your device to 42Mbps ot 4G LTE device

upgrade device > refer to buying new device or better reception USB modem + external antenna,. or read RSSI of your signal for checking best spot,..

or lodge complain to u mobile

yeah LTE device of course have better chipset support 42Mbps DC-HSPA+ than 21.6Mbps HSPA+

u mobile now 4G come default on,.. without any plan in prepaid along with 1GB free quota for RM30 top up

when i was in pangkor a while ago, i am using hotlink while both my friend is using u mobile.. all 3 of us is under H+.. my hotlink can't hardly upload photo or video to fb while them two u mobile done it all in very fast time,..

i just port in not long ago,.

port in service quite smooth,.

and signal wise in penang maxis hotlink coverages is better than u mobile,.

on the value wise, u mobile definitely have uppper hands over maxis hotlink,..
