calling 1318 to upgrade

then next bill would be charged 1 month deposit RM 70, but 1month deposit of RM 28 is refunded as well
access fee is prorated

I'm in Bukit Bintang on 29th floor - seems to be ok with me -get only around 10-12 Mb - but if downstairs I get around 20mb - depends on your loction I guess in kl?

I just noticed, when I was with the M provider I always reported that whenever I went inside Tesco in my area, the M network signal dropped and several time got no signal. But umobile really impressed me. No drop in signal.

After I reported the issue, the M replied me to ask around to know if there are any other of their customers having the issue, gila betul!

Finally we figured out what problem, this overdue payment is the hotlink famous advance credit method, meaning if you SOS credit with maxis and not yet return to them, they would reject the port out request for prepaid
