yup that i want to highlight. i know almera the cheapest maintenance. but both honda and toyota still cheaper than mazda. than why i write "cheaper" not "cheapest"

general idea about cost maintenance
Almera < Vios < City < 2 < Fiesta

dun know about Polo, K-car and others
*
I think we really have no idea, because M2 owner still have 3 years free maintenance.
The price and availability of parts are generally determine by how popular is the car model.
M2 is global model, and if it's CBU in thailand, I think the parts will not be difficult to get. Just hope that more M2 will be sold in Malaysia.
BTW, anyone know how long is the waiting list for M2 now??

And if it's CX5, people will not even think twice, because it's everywhere in malaysia, so it must be affordable to own one.

Dear Expert (3 of you),

Thanks a lot for your previous advice.
I yet to test drive with it but I really fall in love with it.

I am struggling on the aspect which mentioned above. T-T
Whether really the right way to fork out RM90k for M2.

By the way, some review mentioning on the sound prove is poor. Is it true?
It said you can listen to the exterior noise.
*
I don hear much from outside during driving, most sound come from tire. even engine also not much.
When raining the top is noisy. And when motorbike cross nearby can hear clearly.
Overall still not bad.

I find zero results when looking for 2015 M2 Aluminium Metallic in google. So I put this here

user posted image

Wanna promote this colour, it's a very nice colour. Although they keep pushing red, white and even dark grey.
It still sporty look, it show curve and lines as great as the red one. But of course it's low profile color.
It's easier and cheaper to maintain, it's also not as hot as dark grey in the hot sun.
The aluminium metallic is unique and not be found in T/H car.

I dunno la... personally I feel the darkness is more or less the same but the shine on the Mazda 1 is different. Kind of like the soul red but greyish silver. The Toyota 1 is just grey metalic. laugh.gif
Yup, may be you are correct also, the colour might be different depends on the environemnt light. Since it's colour, so it's personal choice.

yes, u're right, euro4/5 is talking about the fuel quality
our current fuel only euro2... cry.gif
*
Copied from BHP sites

QUOTE
How does Euro5 diesel differ from Euro2M diesel currently sold in Malaysia?
The main difference is that Euro5 diesel contains only 10ppm of sulphur compared to 500ppm for Euro2M. It is therefore a much cleaner fuel which produces lower emissions for a cleaner environment. As a significantly higher grade diesel, it also extends engine life and improves fuel efficiency.

Sulphur in diesel creates particulate matter (PM) during combustion and the continued generation of PM causes health issues. In addition to environmental and health issues, the sulphur in the fuel also contributes to increased acid levels in the engine that can cause damage to engine and emission control systems. The presence of sulphur in the engine exhaust gases limits the effectiveness of many exhaust after-treatment technologies, resulting in higher emissions of other pollutants.
