Are you referring to the SPE highway?

Been under-con for some time already. According to the Edge, it will be completed on 1Q 2020.
*
yes you are right - cos by the looks of it will join from Bandar Malaysia all the way to federal highway / kerinchi that side ...

the unfinished beams and pillars have been there for years - and until now only, seems they are aggresively continuing the project ...

Hmm.. I personally don't think it'll improve air circulation per se. I think it's just purely for aesthetics purposes. Even if we srerch it, I think it'll probably "improve circulation" by not allowing the smoke and exhaust gases from the road in front to enter into the car park that much easily?
*
I am not the expert of both kinetic design and covered carpark podium but my opinion is it will make the carpark podium much worst.....bcos simply of lack of ventilation and cross wind.

The other thing is the balcony. I like the handles and the height. The addition of the sliding sun shade thingy is such a good idea that I would never have thought about. My one con is I would've hoped they use wooden floors instead of tiles for the living areas but oh well hahahaha
*
Me too, my preference is for wooden flooring in living area as well. One can argue that it's nothing ID can't fix, but when we are already spending so much on the unit and the tiles are supposed to be of high quality, it would be a waste to remove them upon receiving keys when still so new. Not sure what other options there are.

It is only one side that has the kinetic facade. There is a requirement for air ventilation anyways. If calculation shows that it is insufficient from natural air ventilation, they are obligated by authority to provide fresh air duct and exhaust.

I just hope that it doesn't make noise (or over-time, it becomes noisy due to wear and tear) as I am staying quite close to the carpark floor unsure.gif

It will be under the Seputeh constituency. Not entirely sure if it falls under the Taman Desa zone, though. hmm.gif

Anyone here already bought the unit in Avara Seputeh?
Only 366 units for two towers, fully sold out? How much will be the maintenance fee?

Very bad design for master bedroom too... How can the head board against the windows and there is wasted area right in front of bathroom door...

Who is architect?

Must send them to re study the basic of architecture

Yeah I totally see what you're saying. But oh wells. Already signed and everything so too late. I think the headboard can be agaisnt the left wall instead though, instead of agaisnt the windows.

The balcony is hugeeee as well so probably will make it into some outdoor-y hangout area with bench and chairs? Hmm..trying to consul myself with the possibilities instead of the issues hahahaha.

You don't have to follow the furnishing placement exactly as what was drawn in the unit plan. You can just replace that normal door with a sliding door and put that bed leaning against that particular wall for all I care.

Then what about bedrooms 2 & 3? No need to watch TV?

If you ask me, I don't see a need to put a TV in the master bedroom (or any bedroom for that matter) anyway, so it's not a loss to me if I bought this particular unit.

Whoever bought this type of unit already know what to expect. If those handful of buyers start crying over those little things, that's their problem.
