The duke 3 (setiawangsa pantai expressway) project is ending somewhere at Kerinchi (bangsar south) exit. Hence I think it will quite close to all the type I units. Noisy?

That old Klang Road (midvalley) interchange area is already having lots of flyovers.

Wondering if Duke 3 or SPE is going to be built higher than all those existing flyovers?

where is the entrance for from seputeh to the SPE?

May I ask, when they say FREE all legal fees, what does that comprise? Meaning no added expenses on our part? Apart from downpayment?
I can't even remember now, but I think their flyer also stated free STAMP duty. Or more like salesperson did not mention need to prepare for these extra expenditure. However in booking form that we sign, it only states the price, not mentioning any of the other items we are promised, such as free aircond, refridgerator, washing machine etc. No mention of what freebies come with it. I suppose it will be in the SPA? Anybody can enlighten?

Yes everything will be stated in sub agreement in spa. Basically free spa legal, loan legal and loan stamping

It will be stated in a separate letter. The project is under Schedule H of HDA so the developer can't amend the SPA. They can't even put a single comma as it's against the HDA rulings.

If they want to build a park, they might as well convert the land where their sales gallery is sitting for that once this project is completed.

i heard the staff say at first they wan acquire the land beside. But the owner reject them. While they int he midst apply to the government, the owner baru say wanna sell to them....but too late...

You mean that white colour building next to this project? I always wondered what kind of building is that due to its design.

That building has been there for decades. It's a residential bungalow but I think they recently converted to an office or something.

those are the story told by the salesperson, good they convert to be cafe. A good place for the residence there to lepak....

the day i went to avantas inside scope..... damn many customer visit..... and saw lot of tourist....... guess should be lot of airbnb there
