Saville Resident its selling rm500-600 psf right now for 50 meter away from the avara. Having multiple facility as avara. eg swimming pool, gym, musical zone, multi purpose hall, laundry, cafe, yoga, kids play ground, nursery etc...

while avara selling rm850 psf with the almost same facility as saville.

Stop telling me its myvi and bmw...or old and new...while it wont be so much diff for the same area.

Saville definitely commercial title.

Avara is freehold commercial title. The service apartments are under HDA ruling though.

So there will be shoplots in avara

7 shoplots if not mistaken.

Eight commercial space in total for the whole project.
Two big ones and a tiny one at the ground floor.
The other five commercial units are at first floor and they are not shoplots. They will be the developer's corporate office.

It depends what the developer is using the commercial units for. They may use it for themselves or they may rent it.

once go to sales gallery then will get conned by agents overthere. Agents nowadays trained to become bomoh can affect ppl from not buying to buy

to be honest if you look at here it wont be attractive but their showroom did show what the goodies will give to you.

go there good also ma, got drinks, got food, got ppl serve u. ask them give u write down what is given, what is the package, what is the installment etc....Does not mean you need to buy after that too..
