I bought Type G in Avara 2 (the block that has lower density). My unit is at the 20+ floor.

Reason for buying? Good location, quality stuff given and the attention to detail from the developer are some of the reasons.

Avara 2 is basically the second block. The project consists of 2 blocks, Avara 1 and Avara 2. Both blocks launched at the same time.

forget about kuchai, the place full of old and new condo....too pack...too many illegal parking around.....the whole place is old.......except u prefer the convenient to the shop near to your condo.....i dont find any reason to buy genkl than avara

good choice, type G is my first choice too, spacious living room and balcony. Its look so grand....But due to budget and also i not looking for big unit........i give up at the end biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Avara 2 is lower dense block. They are sided by side with avara 1.
Avara 2 is 5 unit per floor only services with 3 lifts
Much exclusive and more value

My first choice was actually Type H. I like the layout as well as the bungalow unit. It's also the most affordable one in Avara 2. I love the view as well (Bangsar South and Mid Valley view). The only drawback is that it faces West, which means it's gonna be really hot in the afternoon.

MV view is my first thought too, but i scare facing the bz noisy road.....especially night time, motor sound is very obvious.......i got a a video capture by the drone.....u can pm me ur phone no. so i whatapps you.

Both condo (avara/genkl) are not really in Kuchai... more towards OKR.

any others avara buyer here? for those buyer, did u notice savilla residence which 100 meter away are selling much more cheaper than avara?
