forget about kuchai, the place full of old and new condo....too pack...too many illegal parking around.....the whole place is old.......except u prefer the convenient to the shop near to your condo.....i dont find any reason to buy genkl than avara

Now I'm a bit afraid. Can you elaborate on how the developers can pull the strings? Because I thought each unit gets a vote etc and unless the developers own like 51% of the units in Avara, then they can't really pull the strings??

Also, are the unit owners paying for the commercial lots in the future? Is that why our maintanence charges+slinking fund is 0.40
