for bare plastic, I've been using Oil paints (from any art shop) and rectified turpentine (oil paints can be thinned with linseed oil as well). It works like enamel wash but much easier. After 8hrs, (i usually do panel line before I sleep) I can do clean up with q-tips but no thinner is needed to do the clean up since the oil paint is still have not dried. (my problem with enamel that once it has dried, it can easily stain plastic)

good tip, dunno whether it works on painted kits or not, think it will screw up the lacquer base painted finish...

most likely not suitable, as lacquer are oil-based paint too

I remember seeing this in various pharmacy like Caring or Watson, or places like Daiso also selling it
but make sure u check the tips, some tend to have a lot of "hair" which u definitely dun favor it since it sometime stick to ur gunpla or decals
