I am using it for my daughter's tablet. Nothing fancy but I think they have other designs as well. Bought mine in Midvalley Daiso. The photo of the exact one is at post #1026 if you check. I'm not using coz always I don't game until the battery needs charging yet and if I charge it I will play games on my 3DS.

Hey guys, wanna ask those who bought it, is it worth buying the console now? My friend got it and I get to try, love the versatility of the system, and I like this Zelda game, but the lack of games release and pricing is really drawing me back from getting it so soon, but I'm so tempted! So any advice? (I'm a pc gamer... so the pricing of console games are a huge shock to me, and switch games seems more like indie games other than AAA titles.)

Can I check the price (in MYR) of just the item, and the full shipping cost?

I think those who bought it are the wrong person to ask. You need to weight it in yourself. Most if not all would say worth it.......they already bought it, of course worth it. For me why I bought it? Because of Zelda and in the future I am looking forward to Splatoon, Mario, Xenoblade, Fire Emblem, Dragon Quest.........and so on. I am a handheld gamer and I would like to have something more powerful than the 3DS. Vita was great but games wise for me at least not really cutting it as I only played a few games the best is Persona Golden, Uncharted and FF for me.....while on the 3DS its my go to handheld where ever I go. I never played PC games actively, the only games I played on the PC are strategy games like x-com. The reason I get a console is for RPG or JRPG.

If you have budget then just proceed. Next month all elec $ will be increased, not sure console is inclusive not. Currency will affect the RSP too. Or buy the console somewhere else, Japan maybe

Lol, the sensible thing to do would be to wait until the price drop as Maxsoft begins to unbundle the system with the games and until Nintendo irons out the day one issues with the system. That way you might get a better deal and more games to play down the road, but I bet you already knew that and are only here looking for support for an impulsive purchase

i think there is no harm / loss of opportunity if you can hold your desire a bit longer as the system is just 4/5 days old. there is still minor issue that early adopters need to handle / take the risk and issues that still need to be addressed by nintendo. maybe in one or two months, system will be better and stable for you to purchase it. and perhaps, you will get the option of buying the console only. at the moment, it was bundled together with other things and thus, increasing the price. another thing though, MYR value also play some part in this. cannot do much as our currency weaken so much all these while

i am also in the same boat with you with respect to the pricing of this console. but still, i made the jump and purchase it. i am tempted with the portability of the system and the uniqueness of its gameplay. besides, the ability to play games with my daughter is also one of my consideration. hopefully when mario cart 8 was released, she will be interested with that as well. at the moment, 1-2 Switch is the go-to games with her.

quite agree that nintendo switch titles are more like indie game. at the moment, zelda is definitely not an indie title. looking into the list of soon to be released games, i think there is quite a few good non-indie games coming. skyrim 5, dragon quest 11, xenoblade...

at the moment, i am quite lucky with my purchase. no over-heating and joycon de-syncing issues. my gripe so far is that i think the console can perform much more things, maybe at the same level as PSP. however, at the moment, the console can only play games and access eshop. at the very least, it should have music player, online browser, movie player, etc..

Hahahah. With the wife different way I answer, but same context. You rather I wake up tired and sleepy because I was playing games until late night or because I was out with friends drinking at pub or disco until late night? After that no resistance at all. Heck she even gave the same questions to my inlaws when they ask why your husband play games until late night?

Tested my unit for a while yesterday. So far very happy with this device. This is the ultimate handheld for me. Good crisp IPS panel coped with enough power to shy PS3/X360 and WiiU. This is my dream come true machine When compare to previous released handheld, the differences are night and day.
