Hi all, I already locked my target to get a Nikon D5500 with 18140 lens. May I ask most where does most expert here shop for Nikon camera which offer best service and price?
*
Your question is kinda vague sweat.gif because there's not best in these kinda things smile.gif if service good then price will be like retail price, if you want cheap price then will be less impressive service biggrin.gif

If you got the cash, D7200 but if you want a more economical option then D7100 but ultimately it goes down to your usage smile.gif

quite a big difference if you really compare them side by side.

that being said, it's pointless to get such a high performance camera just for travel photography imo.

I just ordered 24/1.4G for travel laugh.gif

A pair of A. catenulata spiders, quite rare in Malaysia thumbup.gif

user posted imageYellow-Silver St. Andrew's Cross Spider- Argiope catenulata sub ♀ by Ji Tan, on Flickr

An uncommon Argiope spider in Malaysia, and possibly one of the most beautiful too, thanks to the silverish abdomen. Had a hard time looking for this spider, and it seems that A. catenulata prefers wastelands or any dry areas, unlike other Argiope.

A male A. catenulata is even harder to find than the female, mainly because they are so small and camouflage very well. The male can be easily recognized by the silver patterns on the abdomen not seen in other male Argiope.

if the green part in the table means a lot to you, then go for the d7200.

Wow.... nice lens for travel.. thumbup.gif especially scenic....

I am contemplating on the lenses below for wide angle... I already have the 24-120 f4

i) Nikkor 17-35mm f2.8
ii)18-35mm f3.5-4.5G

Usage for landscape and astro-photography(Milky Way)... I really miss the coverage of the Tokina 11-16 when I was using my d7100. The 24mm not wide enough to cover certain things... hahaha.. especially the milkyway.. tongue.gif

Any of you guys tried either of the mentioned lens??

This is the third time I own 24/1.4g. Lol. Still love the perspective with the bokeh of wide.

Tried 18-35, 17-35 sigma 12-24.

18-35 value for money. I owned a couple of copy. Sell buy sell buy. Range too short. Wide But Not very wide.

17-35 Played Once . Not too bad.

Sigma 12-24 v2: still in my drybox now haha. Loving it.
