Striated Donoessus- Donoessus striatus ♂ by Ji Tan, on FlickrA: What is the ID of this spider? B: Dono... XD An awesome looking spider with a lot of striated marks throughout its body, an uncommon find! The dorsal patterns are characteristic for both male and female. Curved Long-Spined Spider under UV- Macracantha arcuata ♀ by Ji Tan, on FlickrMost, if not all spiny spiders have hard and tough abdomens that will fluoresce under UV illumination, even if they are coloured, as seen in this spider. Check out Macracantha arcuata under "normal" light: Curved Long-Spined Spider- Macracantha arcuata ♀ by Ji Tan, on FlickrThe abdomen is reddish-orange in colour. No doubt one of the most bizarre spiders on Earth. More on Macro Photography here: PixelsDimension Check out Malaysia's wildlife here: WildLife Malaysia |

Long time didn't drop by. I'm thinking time sell my d600 and grab d750 for travel. Good move?

QUOTE(f5calvin @ Jul 6 2015, 12:21 AM) not much difference btwn 600 n 750 mah. why nt u save and get a gopro hero 4. do short short clips. more memorable than photos. and light. quite a big difference if you really compare them side by side. that being said, it's pointless to get such a high performance camera just for travel photography imo. |

QUOTE(mingyuyu @ Jul 6 2015, 12:23 AM) quite a big difference if you really compare them side by side. well for me if i alraedy have a high performance camera, i would want to bring it out for travel, I would not accept the lesser IQ from my other bodies (if i had others). each to their own maybe, last overseas trip I bought my compact and my dSLR. I ended up taking a lot of pix w/ my mobile and compact, WHILE lugging around my dslr in my backpack. Only at locations where i felt i needed the IQ then I bring out the dslrthat being said, it's pointless to get such a high performance camera just for travel photography imo. |

Only at locations where i felt i needed the IQ then I bring out the dslr true, but upgrading into a faster camera for travelling is a bit overkill for me. QUOTE(f5calvin @ Jul 6 2015, 08:26 AM) depends on how you see "a lot". the better AF and tilting screen on the d750 means a lot to me. not to mention they are priced differently. anyways just my opinion. |
